The venue includes:
- Access to the whole venue for an entire three-day weekend.
- An on-site lodge with 5 bedrooms.
- A pavilion for your indoor reception.
- Gorgeous grounds and outdoor ceremony options.
- Extra indoor spaces for your rehearsal dinner, getting ready, and guest overflow. Complete with 2 kitchens and plenty of bathrooms.
- An inventory of furniture and functional decor.
- Very few restrictions so you can personalize your schedule, decor, food, and alcohol/bar to your taste.
- The only add-on cost is for optional RV/camper parking.
We are now booking May-October 2025 and select dates in 2024. Please reach out for available weekends and pricing. Prices are dependent on the year of interest.
Unique Venue Spaces to Make Yours
Pavilion
The Pavilion is where your reception dinner and party can take place. To make it easy for you, Monarch Valley Weddings will help create a floor plan and we’ll set up our tables and chairs before the start of your rental—so you can start decorating as soon as you arrive for your wedding weekend. The layout of tables, vendors, and your decorations is flexible.
Lodge
The Lodge has 5 bedrooms. Every bedroom has its own full/private bathroom. Each of the bedrooms has two beds. That makes for a total of 10 beds and 5 bathrooms in the Lodge. There is also a full kitchen, dining area, couch area, and an area for hair and makeup. It’s so convenient to have the whole venue as your backyard!
Banquet Room and Game Room
Host your Friday rehearsal dinner in the Banquet Room. You might have breakfasts here as well. On the wedding day, close this room off as extra private space or leave it open to general guests. There is a full kitchen and a bathroom.
Patio, Outdoor Fireplace, and Beer Garden
The Patio and Beer Garden are where your guests will gather, sip cocktails, sit by the giant outdoor fireplace, and enjoy the outdoors.
Lawns and Gardens
The lawns and gardens are filled with a variety of picturesque spots. Most wedding ceremonies are outside (at one of two outdoor location options). Ceremonies inside the Pavilion or off-site are rare, but are an option!
Plenty of Time
Three days and two nights to make yours. Wedding venue rentals are from 10 am on Friday to 3 pm on Sunday so you can enjoy each moment!
Sweet Freedom
You’ll have freedom to choose any type of food vendors, supply your own choice of bar drinks, and decorate however you’d like. There is no curfew or other unnecessary restrictions.
Helpful Owners
Before you arrive on the Friday of your rental, Monarch Valley Weddings will have set up our inventory to your unique floor plan and ceremony preferences. On Saturday, we’ll check public trash cans and bathrooms regularly. Once you leave, we’ll take down our own inventory and do all of the cleaning for you.

Monarch Valley Weddings is tucked away from traffic and away from the public. Perfect for surrounding yourself and your guests with the peaceful views of rolling hills that are unique to these edges of the Wisconsin Driftless Area.
Locally, the venue is centered between Whitehall, Galesville, Arcadia, and Osseo and within a 50-60 minute drive of Winona, Black River Falls, Onalaska, La Crosse, and Eau Claire. The venue may serve your meet-in-the-middle wedding from the Madison, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Rochester, northern Iowa, and northwest Illinois areas.
