The Lodge at Monarch Valley Weddings
Monarch Valley Weddings rents our Lodge to the couple. The couple decides who stays in the Lodge (usually the wedding party).
RV/Camper Parking and Tents
The couple has a limited number of RV/Camper and tent spaces to assign to guests—please inquire with the couple.
RV/Camper spots are within the main parking lot so a Friday arrival is suggested to maneuver into spots easily.
RV/Campers and tent campers will sign a liability waiver. Tents are no cost. RV/Campers are $50 per weekend with an electric hook up (water fill is available upon advanced request).
If preferred, Riverside Memorial Park and Campground is just a 7 minute drive from the venue, right on Lake Henry in Blair. This park has water and electric, fishing, a swimming pool, courts for multiple sports, and picnic areas. Please inquire with the city of Blair.
Restrooms and Accessibility
The main restrooms are inside of the Pavilion (these have accessible stalls). There is an single bathroom in the Banquet Room.
Our venue is a mix of washed gravel parking lots, concrete, pavers, grass lawns, and polished concrete indoor floors. Full accessibility can take extra planning. If you have questions, please reach out to Monarch Valley Weddings.
Pets
We are friendly towards well-trained pets. However, it is completely up to the couple which pets they would like to invite. Please inquire with the couple. Or, consider keeping your pet just 7 minutes away from the venue at Sandy’s Pet Grooming/Boarding in Blair.
General Rules for Wedding Guests
- Parents: please supervise your children especially around the fireplaces, ponds, and rocks for their safety and for damages.
- No smoking inside any buildings. Smoking outside is fine!
- Please follow parking signs.
- Please request permission before transporting equipment across lawns.
- Please respect the property.
- No firearms.
- No fireworks.
