Availability & Pricing
Reunion-type rentals are available May-October weekdays and any time in December and January.
Standard Rate
$750 per night for up to six guests. Each additional guest is $50 per night. Two night minimum.
Holiday Rate
$1,000 per night for up to six guests. Each additional guest is $50 per night. Two night minimum.
Holiday rates are applied to the weeks of July 4, December 25, and January 1.
Notes on Pricing
RV parking is also available as an add-on for $50 per RV per weekend (or $125 per week). Ask us for pricing if you are interested in using our large capacity event barn.
Monarch Valley wedding couples are provided 20% off reunion prices.
